Great viewing. Using this type of technology it would be interesting to observe in real time the structural differences that likely accompany the enzymatic ripening....the idea being that extraction of the enzymes while they were bringing on the height of gross structural change could produce an interesting clinically useful product. These are amazing pictures!! I love the natural animation. I remember the bad old early days of magnetic resonance when all we got was very fuzzy pictures of anything solid. Thanks for posting these.
